Olive's Product Support Lifecycle (EOL) Policy

In general, Olive provides ongoing product support and bug fixes for a total of three (3) years from the time an Olive product is released.

Standard Maintenance support offerings are usually available for three (3) years after the product is first available. A product will enter its maturity lifecycle after two (2) years and at this point a retirement announcement will be issued alerting customers that one (1) year of standard support remains. A product is “Retired” after it has reached its maturity lifecycle; this is, at the end of the standard support period. Please review Olive's product retirement calendar to determine the exact retirement date for each product. Extended support may be available for some retired products at additional cost. After the extended support period, the product becomes obsolete and no further technical support is provided. Olive may offer “upgrade only” support maintenance agreements after the extended support period.
