New VP to Lead Product Strategy, Marketing Direction for Leading Electronic Publisher's Push into Enterprise Market

Santa Clara, California, MAY 1, 2007 – Olive Software, a global leader in electronic publishing and digital archiving technologies, has selected a proven executive in enterprise content management, Naomi Miller, to be its new vice president of marketing. Building on its stellar growth and track record in the global publishing arena, Olive has begun creating solutions for the enterprise market, and Miller will be responsible for positioning Olive Software’s brand in this space, driving its product strategy and supporting the continued growth of Olive’s popular digitizing and archiving products around the world.

Most recently director of product and solutions marketing at EMC Software (Documentum), Miller was instrumental in helping to establish Documentum as the de facto leader in the enterprise content management field. Prior to EMC, she spent 14 years with Hewlett-Packard (HP) where she held a number of senior sales and marketing positions, including an influential role enhancing the company’s channel communications and the development of the company’s web communication, content management, and .com strategies.

Miller’s 10 years of experience in marketing content management for the enterprise has allowed her to see first-hand the strategies, technologies and processes required for the strategic management of enterprise content that can help organizations realize quantifiable business benefits, both from the bottom-line of operational efficiency, and the top-line of competitive advantage and new streams of revenue.

“Olive Software has the experience, expertise and core technology to help organizations achieve powerful top-line revenue and bottom-line efficiency gains,” said Naomi Miller, VP Marketing. “I’m looking forward to helping take Olive Software to the next level of success where it is poised to become a major force in the broader content management space.”

“Naomi embodies the wave of experienced talent joining Olive of late, positioning us for success in the enterprise market and our existing archival and publishing markets,” said Yuval Rachmilevitz, President and CEO, Olive Software. “Her savvy marketing expertise and extensive product knowledge will deliver high levels of return for Olive and its customers. We’re pleased to welcome Naomi to our executive team.”
