Press Release

NOW AND IN THE FUTURE READERS SHOULD RECEIVE NEWS WHENEVER AND HOWEVER THEY WANT

DENVER, Colorado, November 29, 2005 - Lakeway Publishers Inc., a privately owned company headquartered in Morrison, Tennessee, has selected Olive Software to power the organization's electronic edition, archive and advertising portal. All fourteen properties will benefit from the corporate agreement. The Citizen Tribune, Grundy County Herald, Elk Valley Times, Manchester Times, Tullahoma News, Winchester Herald Chronicle, Bowling Green Times, Elsberry Democrat, Hermann Advertiser-Courier, Lincoln County Journal, Louisiana Press-Journal, New Haven Leader and Troy Free Press will utilize Olive's ActivePaper Platform that enables each title to benefit from multiple solutions resulted in the purchase of the software, such as archiving and instant electronic edition delivery.

R. Jack Fishman, President of Lakeway Publishers, commented on his decision to invest in electronic delivery: "At the end of the day it's all about the reader! Our newspapers are the information source to the communities they serve. Therefore, now and in the future, readers should be able to get the news whenever and however they want. We pride ourselves on offering a cafeteria of services to accommodate their wants and needs. Olive will allow a full compliment of tools to both readers and advertisers, not to mention consolidating newly digitalized microfilm with archive and replacing a separate GMTI system."

Currently the newspapers offer their print subscribers free access to the electronic edition, but, starting in January of 2006, it will be available for a stand-alone purchase. A separate business model has been developed for the archive module. The newspapers' patrons can opt for a day, month or year pass. One of the most exciting endeavors, according to Mr. Fishman, was the microfilm digitization of all fourteen properties. The result is a fully searchable archive repository that preserved the look and the feel of the original publications; it is currently available to readers at no cost.

Kim Dail, Vice President of Marketing Olive Software shares Mr. Fishman's enthusiasm about serving the reader in a best possible way:" Olive enables publishers like Lakeway to deliver their readers content how they want and whenever they prefer, be that current news or articles from the past issues. Our flexible model allows for RSS, e-mail or WAP device notification in order to accommodate growing number of demands among today's readers."

Lakeway Publishers has joined an ever-growing list of Olive partners, including Pioneer Newspapers, Kingsport Publishing and Freedom Communications to name a few.

Olive's Platform currently includes the following products and services: Electronic Edition, Archive module, AdPortal, Tearsheet module, TimeTraveler and Pipex Digitization.
